These terms explain how you may use BrainGamesZone, including the free browser games and BrainGamesZone Pro. By using the site, you agree to follow them.

Using BrainGamesZone

You may use the games for personal, lawful practice and benchmarking. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private data, or use automated activity that harms reliability for other players.

Scores and health disclaimer

BrainGamesZone scores are task-specific results affected by your device, browser, input method, surroundings, and practice. They are not IQ scores, medical assessments, diagnoses, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Do not use a game result to make a health, safety, employment, or education decision.

Free games and accounts

All current games are available to try without an account, subject to the daily free-play limit shown on the site. We may require sign-in or adjust limits to protect the service. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information.

BrainGamesZone Pro

Pro is a recurring subscription that unlocks unlimited daily plays across the current games. The introductory trial, when shown at checkout, lasts seven days for eligible customers. After the trial it renews at the price displayed at checkout, currently $1.99 per month, until canceled.

You can cancel through the billing portal linked from the site. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid billing period or trial period already in progress.

Refunds and billing

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error, were charged after a successful cancellation, or see a duplicate charge, contact support@braingameszone.com promptly with the account email and relevant billing details so we can investigate.

Changes and availability

We may improve, replace, suspend, or remove games and features. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will not describe a change as retroactive where doing so would remove rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
