Inside the first week
See the plan before you buy.
- Day 1
Begin with accuracy
Play two rounds at a comfortable pace. Count mistakes as well as your score. Put notifications away before you start.
- Day 2
Read the rule first
In Color Match, say the rule to yourself before starting. Answer only after you have checked the relevant colour. Speed comes second.
- Day 3
Use one task at a time
Play Quick Math for two rounds without switching tabs. After each round, note whether an error came from reading or calculation.
- Day 4
Pause before the answer
In your next two rounds, add a brief checking pause before committing. Notice whether accuracy changes, even if the final score falls.
- Day 5
Change the rule deliberately
Switch between two different games with a 30-second pause. Describe each new rule before playing. Avoid switching in the middle of a round.
- Day 6
A manageable challenge
Choose the game you find most absorbing. Play two rounds, stop, and note whether you were comfortable or frustrated. An easier session is fine.
- Day 7
Review your attention setup
Repeat Day 1 under similar conditions. Record the score and errors. Choose one setup change to keep for next week.
How the 30 days progress
Week 1 · Get a baseline
Learn the games and record scores without chasing records.
Weeks 2–3 · Test your approach
Practice a strategy consistently, then try it across related games and note its limits.
Week 4 · Keep what works
Build a routine you can repeat. Finish with a comparison under your original conditions.
Before you decide
Do I need Pro as well?
No. The planned daily sessions fit within the free 10-play limit. Pro removes that limit if you want extra game practice. It is a separate $1.99/month subscription.
Will this improve my memory, focus or gaming performance?
You can practice the games and compare your own results. Improvement on a game does not establish improved everyday cognition, IQ or competitive performance. These programs are self-guided recreation and practice, with no promised result.
How do I access my purchase?
Use the account you create at checkout. After payment is confirmed, open My Practice to access your program and download the workbook. Your notes and completion checklist stay in the browser where you use them.
Can I use it on a phone?
Yes. The workspace and games work in a browser. Aim and typing exercises are more comfortable with a mouse and keyboard. Choose one device for score comparisons.
What if there is an access problem?
Use the contact page with your checkout email and the issue. We can check the purchase and help restore access. See the terms for purchase and refund details.
