Focus games with different kinds of rules
Color Match asks you to resolve a colour rule before responding. Quick Math adds a calculation step. Word Scramble asks you to inspect letters and form a word. Visual Memory asks you to attend to a pattern before it disappears. Choose one rather than treating all four as a single measure of attention.
Practice accuracy before speed
Close distracting tabs, read the rule and play two rounds. Record mistakes alongside the score. If faster responses cause more errors, try a deliberate checking pause. Our free focus challenge includes these instructions and a place to keep notes.
A focus game is not an ADHD test
Browser games cannot establish whether you have ADHD or explain concentration difficulties. Results depend on the game, device, familiarity and conditions. Use them for enjoyment and a repeatable practice session. For questions about symptoms, seek a qualified professional rather than using a game score.
